TERMS & CONDITIONS After completing this registration form, you agree to DD Talks to process your personal data in line with the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy. On completion of this registration form, an invoice will be issued requiring payment within 10 business days. Cancellations: For cancellations made 20 business days or more before the event date, no charges will apply. For cancellations made 19 business days or less before the event, full payment of the delegate fee is required. Substitution of participants by colleagues is possible by prior written agreement only. Full payment is required for no-shows. Agenda: If any content or timing of the agenda due to reasons beyond our control are not deemed as grounds for a refund. DD Talks reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary, without liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated in joining information as and when the information is available. Data Privacy: Some of your personal data may be used by DD Talks and/or our other group companies and third party service providers to contact you by email, fax, telephone and/or post for sending information or promotional material on our products and/or services and/or those of our other group companies. We give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications and will in certain circumstances need to obtain your consent before sending such communications to you.
